Mediation comes when all matter of debate and discussion has been exhausted and yet no favourable results come out of it. By tapping the involvement of a third party to serve as a mediator, you may have another chance of settling the dispute long before it goes to court for the litigation process and you certainly wouldn’t want that to happen. Mediation requires the participation of both parties for the speedy and successful resolution of the disputed issue, thus the disputing parties should partake accordingly. It is instrumental that all parties involved is willing to see the end and must oblige without delay.

In a mediation process, the mediator holds an important role for both parties to reach their agreement without any accompanying problems at all. It helps if the mediator is able to maintain his impartiality and neutrality amidst the sessions. An experienced mediator will also be a lot more effective to bring the matters into order.
